· Ace Darwin is providing owners with the convenience and efficiency of an interactive web site to view both their individual account details as well as Body Corporate account balances, budgets, house rules and articles. Through Ace Darwin introducing this service to the Bodies Corporate, we are actively addressing the frustration felt by many owners who find it difficult to access basic account and Body Corporate information.
· We are providing owners with a choice of either direct debit or credit card payment options, via the internet or at your local post office. Any cash or cheque transactions can also be undertaken at your local post office.
· Managers have ownership in the business and each has direct responsibility for the Bodies Corporate they manage. This results in a clear and full commitment, providing a responsive, rather than passive/re-active management style, focusing on providing high levels of communication, follow up and results.
· Managers are easily contactable via email or phone services and you deal with the one manager personally on all matters. Within a short period of time, our managers develop a close working relationship with the property and the owners – this is the foundation of our customer service strategy. However, other managers are available for specialist assistance or support and to provide locum services while a manager is on holiday;
· Managers assist owners to assess maintenance needs and hold on site AGM’s and will attend committee meetings if required, liaise with tradesperson's and make suggestions to owners on body corporate matters.
