By applying my practical nature and can do attitude into the field of Body Corporate Management, allied with my diverse background including trade skills, retail sales & service, concrete & construction experience as well as home renovating, Ace Darwin is endeavouring to bridge the gap between the Body Corporate Manager/the Tradesman and the unit owner.
I have obtained a well rounded knowledge of building and property maintenance through this active participation, and can effectively converse with tradesmen on a trade level, thereby providing a proficient level of planning and prioritising.
Body Corporate Management has become a complex and professional task. As the NT Manageing Director, I am committed to providing a genuine interest in each individual Body Corporate, developing ongoing client trust and rapport, but most importantly providing an advanced level of client/owner communications, interaction and results.
